Swastika Infra was originally formed as a partnership firm constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 pursuant to a deed of partnership dated October 23, 1969 ‘Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers’ and was last reconstituted on February 1, 2019. ‘Swastika Electricals & Fertilizers’ was thereafter converted from a partnership firm to a private limited Company as ‘Swastika Infra Private Limited’ under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated on August 6, 2019 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution dated January 6, 2025, the company was converted to a public limited company, and the name of the company was changed from ‘Swastika Infra Private Limited’ to ‘Swastika Infra Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 27, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

The company is an engineering, procurement and construction company, specializing in execution of power Transmission and Distribution (T&D) infrastructure projects (EPC Power Projects). Its scope of services in Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) Power Projects covers a comprehensive range of activities, ensuring execution from procurement to commissioning. It provides complete solutions on a turnkey basis, including the supply, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of power infrastructure. 

Its scope of work extends to (i) underground cabling work, where it handles the laying, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage/low-voltage power cables to enhance efficiency and reduce power losses; (ii) construction of substations (Gas Insulated Substations /Air Insulated Substations/Grid Sub Station), ensuring seamless power distribution through installation of power transformers, circuit breakers, ring main unit, and other essential components; (iii) undertaking rural and urban electrification projects, which involves working towards expanding electricity access in underserved regions by implementing distribution networks, service connections, and feeder lines in compliance with government electrification schemes; (iv) installation of street lighting systems to enhance urban and rural infrastructure; and (v) Renewable energy works.

History and milestones

  • 1969: Founded as a partnership firm and operated a trading business for electrical goods.
  • 2012: Transitioned into the Electrical EPC sector, securing the first project worth Rs 60.00 lakh.
  • 2015: Breakthrough order of Rs 4,700.00 lakh from Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam (JVVNL).
  • 2017: Secured single order of Rs 10,670.92 lakh from JVVNL
  • 2018: Expanded operations beyond Rajasthan, by winning a Rs 2,047 lakh project in Assam.
  • 2019: Expanded presence in Uttarakhand with a new service offering of setting up a GIS substation.
  • 2021: Expanded further in West Bengal and Goa with projects aggregate valued at Rs 42,500.00 lakh
  • 2023: Bagged single-valued project worth Rs 24,185 Lakhs in Siliguri (West Bengal).
  • 2024: Secured project worth Rs 11,726.00 lakh in GOA and Rs 31,385 lakhs in Gujarat.
  • 2025: Expanded presence in Himachal Pradesh by bagging an order of Rs 27,417 lakh and completed its single largest order Rs 19,502 lakh in Kharagpur (West Bengal).
  • 2026: Entered into power transmission and renewable energy evacuation segment and also was awarded single largest distribution order of Rs 34,010 lakh from Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam (AVVNL).
