Saboo Sodium moves up on starting construction of 'Samskara Bagru' resort in Jaipur

Saboo Sodium is currently trading at Rs. 16.49, up by 0.34 points or 2.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 16.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 16.49 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 16.49 and Rs. 15.70 respectively. So far 23053 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 31.62 on 21-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 14.90 on 29-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 17.00 and Rs. 15.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 67.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.40%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.08% and 52.52% respectively. 

Saboo Sodium Chloro has commenced full-swing construction of Samskara Bagru, a 5-star resort project with 225 keys, spread over 7 acres of prime land in Jaipur’s Ajmer Road area. The project’s contractors, consultants and architects were appointed a few months ago. Now, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has approved both the commercial conversion of the land parcel and, through the Building Plan Committee, approved the proposed architectural drawings of the project. The company has further deposited all necessary statutory fees with the JDA. 

Samskara Bagru will have 225 tastefully appointed suite rooms and villas catering to the booming Ajmer Road weddings and business tourism market. Located close to SEZ, Samskara Bagru is expected to open to guests around August 2027. Samskara is the IP of the company. The company is also a minority partner in Samskara Bagru through Associate Company Villashare Tech. With Samskara Bagru, Samskara Resorts shall become one of Rajasthan's fastest-growing hospitality brands, having more than 1000 luxury keys in its portfolio and pipeline.
