ICICI Bank gains on getting RBI’s nod to buy additional shareholding in ICICI Prudential AMC

ICICI Bank is currently trading at Rs 1424.50, up by 6.90 points or 0.49% from its previous closing of Rs 1417.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 1419.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1425.90 and Rs 1418.05 respectively. So far 95979 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1494.10 on 31-Jul-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 1187.00 on 23-Jan-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 1425.90 and Rs 1395.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 1017724.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at NA % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 90.88 % and 9.12 % respectively.

ICICI Bank has received Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) approval to purchase additional shareholding of up to 2% in ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (ICICI Prudential AMC), to maintain its majority shareholding, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
