Sep-04-2026
Gold futures settled sharply higher on Thursday, kindled by the softness in dollar and on declining bond yield notes. Additionally, dovish signals from Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller, and safe haven appeal amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions also boosted precious metal rates.

Gold futures for December delivery bullish by $125.30 or 2.83% to settle at $4,539.90 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. While, spot gold down by $3.07 or 0.07% to $4,469.85 an ounce.
