JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) announces Change in BER

In accordance with Regulation 66 (7) of the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026 and Paragraph 11.4 of SEBI Master Circular HO/24/13/11(1)2026-IMD-POD-1/I/7602/2026 dated March 20, 2026 (referred as ‘SEBI Master Circular’) on Change in Base Expense Ratio, JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the Base Expense Ratio (BER) of JM Large & Mid Cap Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 0.65 to 0.66, JM Flexicap Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 0.60 to 0.55, JM Value Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 1.02 to 0.99, JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 0.78 to 0.74, JM Small Cap Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 0.72 to 0.70, JM Midcap Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 0.65 to 0.58, JM Large Cap Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 0.84 to 0.82, JM Focused Fund- Direct Plan has been revised from 0.77 to 0.72, JM ELSS Tax Saver Fund- Direct Plan has been revised 0.94 to 0.93 and JM Low Duration Fund- Direct Plan from 0.32 to 0.34 (the schemes/plans) will change with effect from April 23, 2026.
