ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund files offer document for iSIF Active Asset Allocator Long-Short Fund

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an interval investment strategy named ‘iSIF Active Asset Allocator Long-Short Fund’. The New Fund Offer price for units would be Rs 10 during the NFO. Entry load will be nil and Exit load will be 1% of applicable Net Asset Value - If the amount sought to be redeemed or switched out within 12 months from allotment; and NIL - If the amount sought to be redeemed or switched after 12 months. The Scheme offers only growth option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance will be benchmarked against 50% Nifty 500 TRI + 40% Nifty Composite Debt Index + 7% Domestic Price of Gold + 3% Domestic Price of Silver. The minimum application amount during NFO will be Rs 10,00,000 and in multiple of Rs 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to predominantly invest in equity and equity related securities with an aim to achieve long term capital appreciation and also invest in Debt instruments to generate regular income. The Investment Strategy can also invest in units of REITs/ InVITs. The Investment Strategy can also adopt equity, debt and commodity derivative strategies.
