Bartronics gets nod to acquire 51% stake in Shree Naga Narasimha

Bartronics India has received approval to make an investment of up to Rs 3.00 crore for acquiring up to 51% equity share capital of Shree Naga Narasimha. The proposed investment is aimed at strategic investment, business expansion, and to derive operational and financial synergies. This transaction is to be completed in one or more tranches, subject to completion of due diligence and execution of definitive agreements.

The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on January 08, 2026, has inter alia considered and approved the same.

Bartronics India is a provider of automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) solutions. Incorporated in 1990, the company is engaged in providing solutions in bar coding, AIDC technologies, RFID, POS and smart cards.
