Copper futures trade flat on Monday
Nov-03-2025
Copper futures were trading flat with negative bias on Monday ahead the release of US data this week to gauge the health of the US economy and determine whether it could alter the Federal Reserve's hawkish stance. Meanwhile, weak Chinese factory data also kept copper prices unchanged. A private survey of manufacturing activity in China declined to 50.6 in October, compared with 51.2 in September, a bigger decline than forecast.

Copper futures for December delivery fell $0.0020 or 0.04% at $5.0870 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange.
