ITI AMC announces change in exit load

ITI Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of ITI Mutual Fund.

ITI Mutual Fund had informed that the exit load of the following schemes stands revised with effect from 2nd June 2025. The existing exit load 1%- If redeemed before 3 Months; for schemes- ITI Multi Cap Fund, ITI Large Cap Fund, ITI Value Fund, has been proposed to ‘0.5%- If redeemed/Switched out on or before 3 Months from the date of allotment; and nil after completion of 3 months.’; The existing exit load of 1% If redeemed before 12 Months for schemes- ITI Flexi Cap Fund, ITI Mid Cap Fund, ITI Small Cap Fund, ITI Focused Equity Fund, ITI Banking and Financial Services Fund, ITI Pharma and Healthcare Fund has also been proposed -‘ 0.5%- If redeemed/Switched out on or before 3 Months from the date of allotment; and nil after completion of 3 months.’;  for the scheme -ITI Arbitrage Fund , the existing exit load of 0.25%-If redeemed before 30 Days has been proposed to ‘10% of the units allotted may be redeemed without any exit load, on or before completion of 15 days from the date of allotment of units. Any redemption in excess of such limit in the first 15 days from the date of allotment shall be subject to the following exit load: 0.25% if redeemed or switched out on or before completion of 15 days from the date of allotment of units; Nil, if redeemed or switched out after completion of 15 days from the date of allotment of units.’ For scheme- ITI Balanced Advantage Fund, exit load –‘10% of the units allotted may be redeemed without any exit load, on or before completion of 3 months from the date of allotment of units. Any redemption in excess of such limit in the first 3 months from the date of allotment shall be subject to the following exit load: 1.00% if redeemed or switched out on or before completion of 3 months from the date of allotment of units; and Nil, if redeemed or switched out after completion of 3 months from the date of allotment of units’, has been revised to ‘10% of the units allotted may be redeemed without any exit load, on or before completion of 3 months from the date of allotment of units. Any redemption in excess of such limit in the first 3 months from the date of allotment shall be subject to the following exit load: 0.50% if redeemed or switched out on or before completion of 3 months from the date of allotment of units; Nil, if redeemed or switched out after completion of 3 months from the date of allotment of units.’

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
